Our Meeting Structure

Regular Meetings are held monthly at host member chamber locations on a rotating basis. A drawing for annual schedule of locations is held at the June meeting which serves as the organization’s Annual Meeting. Typically they are held on the 4th Thursday of the month, unless prior notice is given of a change of date. Regular monthly meetings are not typically held in July or August. A delegate business meeting may be held at 5:00 PM as scheduled at host site. Meetings begin at 6:00 PM with a social hour, dinner at 7:00 PM, round table and program begin at 8:00 PM.

The host chamber is responsible for:
  1. The Meeting program (guest speaker, etc.)
  2. Site logistics and menu planning, within budget
  3. Paying for guest speaker’s dinner, honoraria, etc.
  4. Providing meeting info to Council Secretary in a timely manner to allow for distribution of invitations, press releases, etc.
Monthly meetings are open to guests of council member chambers, prospective Council of Chamber representatives, and elected officials. Special meetings or workshops can be scheduled at the discretion of the executive board or at the request of at least 50% of the full voting membership.

This annual (online and mailed) survey is sent out to all member businesses of WCCC participating chambers. The results are tabulated and disseminated to each Chamber, County Tourism officials, Supervisors and the news media. Survey responses are voluntary and reflect a excellent cross-section of businesses in the Warren County Council of Chambers catchment areas.
